Named one of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 by the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, Catherine Clark is a nationally respected broadcaster, public speaker, emcee, writer, blogger and the President of Catherine Clark Communications Inc.
Through her work in television and radio, Catherine has interviewed Canada’s most influential people to reveal the personal, human side of public life. She has hosted and co-produced The Residences, a documentary series offering an unprecedented look behind the scenes at Rideau Hall and 24 Sussex Drive, and is currently working on a documentary about the Canadian Parliament’s Centre Block.
Catherine is also the co-host, with Susan Delacourt, of the public affairs live event series Before the Bell, produced by Sixth Estate News. The series, which is broadcast on Facebook Live, features candid conversations with Canadian news and policy makers, as well as engaged interaction with the live and online audiences.
Catherine is the Giving Back columnist for Ottawa at Home Magazine, authored the #150GreatPeople blog, has written for the Toronto Star and The Ottawa Citizen, and been published in The Globe and Mail and Canadian Living.
Catherine is a member of the Board of Directors of CARE Canada and The Writers Trust of Canada and the Board of Governors of the Community Foundation of Ottawa. She also sits on the organizing committee of the Politics and the Pen Gala, benefitting the Writers Trust, and volunteers her time supporting numerous Canadian charitable organizations..
